When Lucia got old  her back caused her back legs  to become to weak for her to get up and stand. That made it impossible for her to get up to shit or piss. Corinne and I would  use a towel 

​to make a sling and put it in front of her rear legs to support her enough so she could get up and we would walk with her supporting her so she could go out back and piss and shit.

I purchased her a set of  

"  Walking Wheels "

that supported her back legs that enabled her

to go on long walks. After going on a few walks her front legs became strong enough for her to pull herself  up and go relieve herself by herself.

The walking wheels gave her another 6 months or so of life. Unfortunately she finally got back to where she couldn't get up anymore so I had to make the decession that in her best intrest it was time to have her put down. As with every animal I've had to do that to I sat with her untill she was gone. I don't want my animals last moments to be scared and alone.
